The 13th Sofia Meetings will take place from 17th till 20th March 2016 in the framework of the 20th Sofia International Film Festival (10th – 20th March 2016)Sofia Meetings is an event, supported by Creative Europe MEDIA sub-programme of the European Commission, EA Bulgarian National Film Center and Sofia Municipality. Feature Films Pitching – presentation of first, second and third feature fiction film projects of the director, looking for co-producers, sales and distribution. Balkan Screenings / Works in Progress – showcase of the latest Bulgarian and regional feature and short films; Screenings of works by filmmakers whose projects have been presented at Sofia Meetings. The screenings are for professionals: for directors and programmers of international film festivals, sales companies and distributors; some of them are also for journalists.
