In the last years of Communism the actor Alexander Petrov is banned from playing in the theatre. After the communist regime falls down, Petrov is being approached by Markov – an old friend of his, who is now a big businessman, with a proposition he can’t refuse. In a time when people want to make as much money as they can, when everyone sees brutal violence and gang wars, credit millionaires and bank failures, Markov suggests that Alexander Petrov must become the leader of a new political party that will save the country…
