Baldvin Zophoníasson

Baldvin Zophoníasson made his first short at the age of 11 and subsequently worked as freelance editor, camera man and producer for the largest TV networks in Iceland as well as studying documentary filmmaking in Norway. In 2003 he founded an advertising agency, directing and producing over a dozen music videos and commercials. From 2004 till 2008 studied filmmaking in Denmark. His first feature Jitters (2010) was a big international festival success. From 2010–2012 he wrote and produced TV three-season sitcom hit “Hæ Gosi” before writing and directing the critical and commercial hit feature Life in a Fishbowl.
