Claude Lelouch
Claude Lelouch is a French film director, writer, cinematographer, actor and producer, born 30 October 1937. He made over 50 movies and won numerous awards for them. His first international hit, A Man and a Woman, captivated audiences with its warmth and simplicity and won „Golden Palm” and „Oscar”. His films L'amour avec des si (1964) and 13 jours en France (1968) were nominated for „Golden Bear” in Berlin. In his long and impressive career Lelouch has made over 50 features and documentaries – from the small and personal to the big and spectacular – and has worked with some of the biggest stars of the French cinema. Among his more recent films са Les Misérables (1995), And Now, Ladies And Gentlemen (2002), Le Courage D'aimer (2005), Crossed Tracks (2007), What Love May Bring (2010).
