Victor Chouchkov Jr. is born on Feb. 20 1971 in Sofia. He graduated with Cinema and Television Directing at NATFA. Along with his brother Borislav, Victor Chouchkov Jr. founded the production company “Chouchkov Brothers” in 2003 after more than 12 years of successfully developing and producing TV shows and music videos.
Tilt is his feature film debut.
